Customer's Fault Description
There is no communication between the Remote and the receiving unit.

 

This Dalek RC controller and receiver arrived safely.  Initial testing revealed that no radio signal was being transmitted from the hand controller at all even though it was lighting up.

Upon opening the handset there was very few components inside and a full component check revealed no problems therefore it was concluded that the problem lay with the main processor.  This IC  is sadly encased within a black resin which has made identifying the IC impossible and rendered this repair as non possible.

This remote has been disposed of as per our terms and conditions 22-04-2016
