Customer's Fault Description
The beam that controls the jukebox functions from the remote to the info red receiver has stopped working

 

This Jukebox remote arrived safely and on powering up was found to not be transmitting an infra red signal.

Upon opening the handset there was a small solder crack around the IR bulb.  

This was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
