Got smashed and does not work any more.

 

This remote arrived safely and upon opening the package a large hole was noticed in the top corner of the remote.  This was clarified with the customer that this was not damage caused by the postal services and was part of the reason it being sent.

When a power source was added the handset was found to be totally dead.  Upon opening the remote the reason became clear, the negative battery terminal had become detached but also there were 2 very large cracks in the print running approximately 3/4 of the width of the handset, sadly due to the extent of this damage this remote is beyond repair.

 

This remote was disposed of at the customers request on the 10th December 2015. no charge was applied.
