Customer's Fault Description
Unit stopped working when mains isolater was used in converatory the led was still lighting up then changed batterie several times and wire from contact broke
This remote arrived safely and on first inspection the battery terminal was faulty as one of the leads was disconnected.
Upon opening the remote this lead was replaced but also there was some contamination noticed around the button contacts (see image below), this was cleaned up using alcohol swabs. Full functionality was restored.
