Not working due to being dropped on the floor.
This Faber fireplace remote arrived safely, initial testing confirmed that there was no signal being transmitted from the handset.
As the remote was dropped prior to the fault occurring it was concluded that the Ultrasonic transducer was at fault.
This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
