Customer's Fault Description
remote is not sending the signal to the receiver.
This remote arrived safely and on initial testing there was no signal at all being transmitted.
Upon opening the handset there was no visible signs of stress / dry joints.
A component check was carried out and no immediate problems could be found, it was concluded that the main processor was at fault, sadly this is encased in resin meaning that not identity could be retrieved. Due to this sadly this repair is not possible.
