This BM remote handset arrived safely, on first inspection the battery cover was found to be missing and the battery lead had signs of damage and repair.

The remote was not sending an infra red signal at all as per the customers fault description.  Upon opening the remote a full component check was carried out and no issues could be found.  It was then concluded that the main I.C. was at fault, as this I.C. is not available as a spare it has deemed this repair as not possible.

This remote has been disposed of as per our terms and conditions 22-04-2016
