Off button lights LED on handset but standby and power up and down buttons do not tigger the light.

 

This remote arrived safely and was found to be very sluggish whenever a button press was made.

This is a common problem caused by faulty buttons.  All four buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored (See testing Video)
