Ceiling Light Fan
Customer's Fault Description
Seems to be completely dead it operates a light/fan system in a conservatory.
This ceiling fan / light system remote control arrived safely, on first inspection the battery compartment is not a "tight" fit and does keep disconnecting from the casing of the handset, this does not effect operability.
On testing the remote a radio signal was found to be present on all button presses and couldnt be faulted. The controller was opened to see if there was any signs of bad joints / spillage but again no problem could be found, therefore this remote appears to be fully functioning and cannot be fault diagnosed.
