Back Button faulty

 

This Velux Window / Blind remote was handed over by the customer safely and the back button was not functioning.

On opening there was no leakage / spilage found but when the button array was peeled back there was green oxidation around the contact of the back button.

 

This was cleaned up with alcohol and full functionality was restored.
