Customer's Fault Description
Remote doesn't work at all
This B&Q remote control arrived safely. First inspection revealed a burn mark on the front of the handset and also one of the battery terminals was stretched.
On powering the controller there was no visible LED or Infra Red signal emitted on any button press.
The problem was caused by a faulty IR led. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
