Customer's Fault Description
when we press the button on either of the 2 remotes they do not open the door. The batteries have been replaced and the red light is intermittment
This Garage door remote arrived safely with a battery inserted. When testing there was no signal found being transmitted from the handset.
Upon opening the control the button was reading a large resistance so this was changed for a new button. Also there was a crack around the main coil solder, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
