Customer's Fault Description
1ST hand set red up & down buttons need repair, particularly the top 2 for the head. 2nd handset,not worked for a long time, don`t know what is wrong with it, sending it in case you can mend it as well. The bed does work with just one handset ,but would be good to get both working again.

 

This remote arrived as a set of 2 handsets (other job is 1564)

On powering the remote was not functioning on any button press, when opened the problem was clear, there was a contamination around a few of the buttons that was shorting out the contacts (see image below), this was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
