Customer's Fault Description
Either the handset or the receiver that works the moron drive are not working, the red light on the transmitter lights when buttons pressed but I am unsure whether it is actually transmitting, similarly I get a flash of light when I change the batteries in the receiver but I don't know if it is receiving.
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely, on powering up the remote itself was found not to be transmitting.
This was found to be due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer in the controller, this was replaced and when retested found to have full functionality was restored (see testing video)
