TOP LEFT BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. BOTTOM LEFT BUTTON HAS TO BE PRESSED HARD AND LIGHT FLICERS INTERMITTANTLY. BOTH RIGHT HAND BUTTONS WHICH TURN FLAME UP AND DOWN LIGHT FLICKERS INTERMITTANTLY AND ONLY WORKS INTERMITTANTLY.
This remote control arrived safely and was found to be intermittent in functionality on various button presses.
This was due to the buttons being tarnished. The remedy was to replace all 4 buttons, this was done and full functionality was restored.
