Customer's Fault Description
Just rang you. problem with receiver red light flashes when batteries moved but does not work. Seemed to start as intermittent fault.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely, on testing the handset the signal was being transmitted as normal.  When adding a power source to the receiver it was noticed that there had been a battery leakage that had started to corrode the terminals.

This was causing intermittent power to the receiver, a new battery compartment as fitted and full functionality was restored.
