Customer's Fault Description
My dog has chewed the remote and it now switches on randomly (almost permanently) however the two buttons do still operate the control mechanism
This Gazco remote arrived safely, on first inspection it was noted that the casing to the remote had suffered some damage due to eing chewed by the family pet.
The bottom button was stuck in a shorted position, the button was replaced and full functionality was restored.
