Customer's Fault Description
All buttons below and including the volume dont work.
This Denon handset arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be not responding from any button press from the bottom 3rd of the pad.
When opened there was a large liquid spillage on the PCB as well as on the rubber keypad. This was cleaned up and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
