Customer's Fault Description
The light comes on when pressed but it doesn't open the garage door. The code is set correctly as this is the same as the other remote that you have fixed.
This Garage door remote arrived safely, on first inspection the battery cover was held together by tape and the button itself was rattling inside the controller
The button had come apart, a new one was fitted and when tested the remote was still not transmitting, this was found to be because of a cry solder joint on the main crystal, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
