Customers Fault Description : Non of the buttons works.
This remote arrived safely and on initial inspection it was noted that the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced)
On powering the handset there was no signal being transmitted on any button press.
This was found to be due to a large crack across the PCB (see image), luckily we were able to rework the print and full functionality was restored.
