Customer's Fault Description
Remote doesn't function at all. It has been stored in a cellar for some time and there is evidence of corrosion on battery terminals.

 

This mission remote arrived safely.  On initial inspection it was found that the battery terminals showed signs of a battery leakage.

Upon opening the remote the problem was found to be more severe, the battery leakage had corroded much of the pcb.  Due to the ammount of damage this repair has not been possible.
