No longer working. Changed batteries still the same.

 

This remote arrived safely, on first inspection one of the buttons was found to be missing (see image)

On adding a power source there was no response at all from any button press.

When the back was taken off the problem was revealed.  2 of the battery terminals were missing.  A modification was made and new terminals fitted.  Full functionality was restored.
