Customer's Fault Description
The buttons on the left hand side do not seem to work, whereas some buttons on the right hand side seem to work
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be non functioning down the left hand side and much of the center column.
When opened a continuity check was carried out and there was a short circuit between one of the button pads. This was remove and when retested full functionality was restored.
On testing again after a week the remote was found to be in its faulty state whereby many buttons wouldnt transmit. Another continuity test was carried out but sadly nothing was found, therefore it was concluded that the main processor was at fault making this repair not possible.
