Customer's Fault Description
Only works if within a couple of inches of the receiver. Changed batteries in both units twice but still no difference.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely.  On adding a power source the remote itself was intermittently illuminating and also not sending a signal at all on either channel.

This was due to 2 faults, the first being the power cable was intermittent.  The second fault was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer.

Both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
