Customer's Fault Description
on off button works , but no others do. Grandson dropped remote unit on floor

 

This Samsung remote arrived safely.  On powering it was confirmed that the only button that worked was the Power button.

Upon opening a component check was carried out and also a continuity test but sadly no problem could be located.

Without further schematics this remote has been rendered beyond repair.

This remote was disposed of by request of the customer 29th 4 16
