Customer's Fault Description
The wires that connect to the battery terminal have snapped. Remote range seemed poor when working ( would only work when pointing at sensor under bed, not whilst user had remote in bed)
This adjustable bed remote control arrived safely. On first inspection the battery terminal lead was detached from the pcb. Also there were signs of corrosion on the terminal clips.
A replacement battery clip was fitted and full functionality was restored.
