Customers Fault Description : There is no response to any button even with a new battery
This Flavel remote arrived safely, on first inspection the handset was found to not be responding on any button press.
One issue was that there was a break in the print around the main IC this was reworked but then it was found that one of the buttons was intermittent, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
