No but seem to work have changed battery which is a watch type but still not working Most likely wate damaged

 

This waterproof remote arrived safely with a battery inserted.  There was no infra red signal being emitted from the control on any button press.

The control was opened and there was some water corrosion on one part of the print which was causing an open circuit, this was cleaned up and the print reworked and full functionality was restored.

Obviously the handset is no longer waterproof and therefore great care must be taken.
