Customer's Fault Description
Battery Connection corroded, no power, missing back
This remote arrived safely. On initial inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as it is unavailable as a spare and we do not carry out cosmetic repairs), also 2 of the battery terminals were corroded away.
A new set of terminals was fitted and this repaired the problem. Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
