Customer's Fault Description
Unit dropped, and ceased to work. Red light on unit works, but has no effect on light / fan.
Light in conservatory is working - can be switched on manually
This remote arrived safely and on initial testing there was an indicator led on each button press but no infra red signal being transmitted.
On opening the control it was noticed that the crystal oscillator had a broken leg, this was replaced but the item still did not transmit. Further tests revealed that the IR Leds were both faulty. These were replaced and full functionality was restored.
