Customer's Fault Description
The on off button we think is worn down.
This Shower remote control arrived safely, initial inspection showed that the "caps" of 2 of the buttons were worn down.
On adding a power source there were 2 buttons found to be faulty, this was due to the buttons themselves being open circuit. These were replaced and full functionality was restored. The caps / covering of the buttons cannot be replaced and does not affect functionality.
