Customer's Fault Description
The Circuit board and buttons are fully Functional but the battery retaining clip which is soldered in 2 places to the circuit board, one of these soldered joints has come loose and needs re-soldering.
This Seceuroglide Garage remote control arrived safely and was confirmed that the battery terminal housing had become unsoldered on one of the connecting pins.
This was resoldered as well as the other pin resoldered to prevent future problems and full functionality was restored.
