Customer's Fault Description
Remote just stopped working, chnaged batteries, no joy. Has a digital display on the remote which is not working either. There is another remote (which stops and starts the shower pump which does work so we know it is a problem with the remote not the receiver)

 

This Shower remote arrived safely and well packaged.  On first inspection it was noticed that the Pause button was stuck, this turns out to be due to it being glued, this cannot be unglued without destrying the waterproof nature of the handset, therefore the pause button will remain inoperable.

When adding a power source to the control there was no activity or illumination at all.  Wehn opened the reason became apparent, there was a track of print that had corroded slightly causing an open circuit, this was caused by water damage over the years.  The track was reworked and functionality was restored.  Please note that the testing video shows the display as "service 01" this is usual as it cannot find the customers shower receiver.
