Customer's Fault Description
Receiver red light does not illuminate when up button is pressed & gas valve fails to operate but works OK when down button is pressed.
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to be non receiving on the up channel. This was due to two faults, the first being faulty crystals which were replaced and also the buttons were intermittent. The buttons were also replaced and full functionality was restored.
