screen not working / white / cracked - was dropped

 

This Logitech 1100 remote arrived safely, on first inspection there was no power to the screen.

On opening the control it was found that the screen itself was cracked.

The screen was replaced and partial functionality was restored, it was then found that the touch screen membrane was also faulty, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
