Customer's Fault Description
The control has fallen on a stone floor from approx. 5 feet. Since then it doesn't work anymore. The red light on top of the controller doesn't react if you push a button. Replacement of the batteries had no effect.

 

This remote arrived safely from the Netherlands.  On adding a power source it was confirmed that there was no signal being transmitted on any button press.

On opening the controller the problem was clear, the PCB was split in 2 right across the center of the board near the 2 mode switches (See Image).  Due to the extent of the damage this repair has been made non possible.
