Customers Fault Description : Buttons are working sometimes put new batteries in will not work at all
This Exhostar remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be non transmitting on any button press.
On opening a full continuity test was carried out and there was a break in the print from one of the battery terminals.
This break was bridges and full functionality was restored.
