Customer's Fault Description
The remote seems to be ok, we think there is a problem with the receiver unit. We have tried new batteries in both but still not working.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to only work when the control was held about 2 cm from the receiver.
This was found to be a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer in the remote itself. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
