Customer's Fault Description
X3 Rubber pads missing on controller unable to work
This triton remote arrived safely and on first inspection was noted that many of the buttons were cracked / missing. This is a common problem with these kinds of handsets. Usually the entire face plate would need to be replaced but unfortunately this is not available as a spare.
Instead a selection of buttons from a similar button array was cut and pasted onto this board, cosmetically the handset does not look pleasing but full functionality is restored.
