Customer's Fault Description
Only working with top right yellow button which operates the tipping off of the completed wrapped bale. Buttons seem to have poorer connection than originally and internals loose in hand piece. Has been working intermittently for a few months but is now worse. Machine works correctly when the main controller (which receives remote signal ) is used manually so know it is the remote. Other buttons work turn or partial turn/tip of the machine
This Kvaerland handset arrived safely with a battery included. On testing the buttons were found to be very intermittent and no signal was being transmitted.
When opened the issue became clear. The PCB was riddled with many dry solder joints which was making intermittent connections throughout the board.
These were all resoldered and full functionality was restored
