This Firmadoor garage door remote arrived safely.  On testing there was no signal being emitted on either button press.

On opening there was a few "dry" solder joints on the main board and also some contamination was found on the battery terminals.

These joints were resoldered and the terminals cleaned and full functionality was restored.
