Customer's Fault Description
Whole unit not working, item was immersed in water and wont light up nor now work :-(

 

This Garage Door remote control arrived safely with batteries included and with its protective holster.

Initial testing confirmed that no function was present on any button press.

On opening the controller it was noticed that there was some contaminant on each of the button pads and PCB, this was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
