The On/Off button doesn't work at all. Most of the buttons need heavy pressure to work but the main issue is the on/off button

 

This waterproof remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have no function when pressing the On/Off button as well as the number 4 and 5 buttons.

The facia was removed and there was some water damage inside on the print that was causing the problem.

The print was reworked and functionality was restored to the buttons, also the volume buttons were reworked due to being intermittent in operation. 

Please note that the mute button is a hard press button that failed to be replenished (i.e. you will need to press had to activate the mute function)

Also please note that as the facia was needed to be removed there is some markings on the front of the remotes pads that could not be avoided, this is due to part of the facia staying in situe when peeled back, this is a common problem as these are not meant to be removed.
