Customer's Fault Description
INTERMITANT INFER RED SIGNAL FRON BUTTONS
This Brake tester remote arrived safely, there was no battery cover and 2 batteries were being held in by tape.
On testing the remote it was very intermittent in functionality.
On opening the handset there was a crack in the print that was causing intermittent open circuits. (see image)
The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
