Customer's Fault Description
I think the fault lies with the battery connection but I am not sure. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
This vibradorm remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent in operation.
on opening the controller there was indeed poor solder connections around the battery terminals. Rather than resolder these terminals they were replaced with a pp9 clip and cable. The reason for this is that the terminals are notorious for breaking and this eliminates the issue.
