Customer's Fault Description
NOTHING WORKING REMOTE LIGHT COMES ON BUT ON RECEIVER NOTHING LIGHTS UP. BOTH UNITS HAVE NEW UNUSED BATTERIES FITTED. NOTICED WHEN FITTING LAST BATTERY TO RECEIVER IT LIGHTS UP THEN NOTHING HAPPENS.
This remote and receiver arrived safely. On first inspection the battery compartment in the receiver was found to be showing signs of battery leakage, this compartment was replaced. On adding a power source there was no function from the receiver at all.
This was eventually found to be due to a capacitor acros the power input that was reading irregular, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
