Customer's Fault Description
Hand set is dead. The is something rattling inside. Batteries have been changed.
This caravan mover remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead when attempting to switch on.
The back was cut off and the problem was then revealed, the main PCB is held in place by 3 pins, one of these pins had broken off and the PCB was then loose. This meant that when the switch was slid it didnt reach all the way and therefore was not activating. The board was glued into place and full functionality was restored.
