Customers Fault Description : Remote dead. No indicator lights or response
This remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be dead.
This was due to a problem with the mode switch next to the battery terminals. The contacts were open circuit making it non responsive. This was repaired using switch cleaner and full functionality was restored.
