Customer's Fault Description
Batteries left in and corroded battery terminals (some of which have broken off)
This Truma caravan mover remote arrived safely and on first inspection the battery terminals were indeed corroded and also the down / back button would not depress.
The handset was cut open and the terminals replaced, sadly the faulty button could not be repaired but luckily a replacement was located and the whole front facia was replaced.
