Customers Fault Description : Remote not working, believed to be a snapped battery contact.
This Gazco fire remote handset arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have corroded battery terminals, probably due to a previous battery leakage.
The terminals were cleaned up and the broken ones replaced, full functionality was restored.
